Since the creation of the Festival, an opening Mass is traditionally celebrated bringing together Masters or Choirs of amateur children to rhythm the musical life of the parish. Welcome to the Maîtrise des Petits Chanteurs de Senlis, which is made up of children and teenagers and follows in the long tradition of Pueri Cantores and cathedral masteries. Through a serious and demanding pedagogy, they are awakened to the Beautiful and the Sacred and at the service of the cathedral, of the liturgy, but also of Senlis and the Senlisien, while also giving concerts and regularly participating in opera productions.
