Corporate patronage

The Fa’Club

The Festival’s leading patron, the Fa’Club is a club of opinion leaders and the cornerstone of private patronage for the Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise.

The Fa’Club has been a financial pillar of the Festival since it was created in 1995 and brings together companies from the Val d’Oise and the Île-de-France region. Its steadiness, loyalty and diversity are one of the keys to the Festival’s success in building partnerships. It is a club of opinion leaders and the cornerstone of private patronage for the Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise. Today the Fa’Club, the Festival’s leading patron, accounts for a substantial share of partnership funding, made up of 47 companies each giving between €1,000 and €5,000.

In an atmosphere where conviviality goes hand in hand with effectiveness, it is run by a Steering Committee led by Henri Rousseau, President of the Parcs d’Activités du Val d’Oise. When public authorities reduce their contribution, there is no room for manoeuvre to maintain a high standard of programming together with prices affordable for all audiences. It is therefore essential for an international festival such as Auvers-sur-Oise to turn to new private contributors.
