ARTICLE 6 – HOW TO OBTAIN TICKETS

The ticket(s) and the confirmation of the online purchase must be checked by the purchaser when they are received. No subsequent complaints will be taken into account.

The tickets issued are unique.

No duplicates will be issued.

Each ticket order will be subject to an additional administration fee of 4 euros (incl. VAT), regardless of whether the tickets are obtained free of charge or for a fee.

Generally speaking, the methods of obtaining tickets offered to you online are linked to the time between the date of reservation and the date of the event, as well as to the nature of the tariff chosen and the conditions for benefiting from it. The methods of obtaining tickets are as follows:

6.1. Print at Home Ticket

Conditions specific to the Print at Home Ticket :

The print-at-home ticket allows you to print tickets purchased on an ordinary printer using Internet access.

To be valid, your ticket must be printed in portrait mode, on a blank white A4 sheet of paper, front and back.

There is a ticket for every seat purchased.

Tickets that can be printed at home carry a unique barcode. The validity of tickets is checked and recorded at the entrance to the venue concerned using barcode readers. It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited. Only the first person to present the ticket will be admitted to the event. This person is presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder. It is therefore forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any way, or to make it available for such purposes. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Never accept a ticket offered to you by a stranger, as it could be a copy.

The organiser may refuse entry to the event if several prints, reproductions, copies or imitations of a home-printable ticket are in circulation and access to the event has already been granted to the holder of a print, reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding home-printable ticket. In particular, the organiser is not obliged to check the identity of the person presenting the print-at-home ticket in order to verify that this is the ticket purchaser, nor to check the authenticity of the print-at-home ticket insofar as the imitation or copy cannot be unmistakably identified as such during the entry control to the event. If the holder of a home-printable ticket is refused entry for this reason, there is no right to a refund of the price paid.

The Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise declines all responsibility: for anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the print-at-home ticket insofar as they were not caused intentionally or as a result of negligence in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the print-at-home ticket.

6.2. Box office withdrawals

Tickets can be collected from the box office.

Reduced-price tickets can only be collected from the ticket office on presentation of proof of entitlement. The method of collection will be indicated to you when you purchase your tickets online. Tickets will be issued on presentation of the confirmation email.

In the absence of proof of reduced rates or presentation of the member’s card, the normal rate will apply. An additional fee will therefore be requested. Resale at a higher price than that indicated on the ticket is prohibited (law of 27 June 1919).

Audiences are invited to visit the venue’s website for box office opening times: www.festival-auvers.com

6.3 Tickets sent by post

Tickets can only be sent by post if the time between payment of the order and the date of the first show is more than one working week.

Tickets are sent by ordinary post and the Auvers-sur-Oise Festival declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft by the Post Office.

Tickets are dispatched within 5 working days.

ARTICLE 7 – SHOW TIMES AND VENUE

The date, venue and time of the show are shown on the ticket.

Shows start on time, with the doors of the venue generally opening 30 minutes before the show.

Late spectators can only be seated if the show is interrupted or if there is access to the auditorium. They will be seated in the free seats designated by the box office host/hostess and will return to their seats at the interval. If you are late, numbered seats are no longer guaranteed.

Please note that due to artistic constraints inherent in certain shows, it may not be possible to admit latecomers.

The duration of the show for creations varies and is only known a few days before the performance.

ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION

No cancellation is possible after the customer has paid for the tickets. In the case of shows, case law considers that the relationship established between the venue that announces a show, indicates the price of seats and the time of performance, and the audience that buys a ticket, regardless of the method of payment (cash, cheque, credit card, money order), is a contractual relationship. Under these conditions, it is only if the entertainment company does not fulfil its obligation that the spectator can request a refund or contest the contract with the venue.

The Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise reserves the right to make any changes to the order, duration and distribution of the show. Furthermore, the Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise reserves the right to cancel any performance that cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as (but not limited to) bad weather, strikes, fire, water damage, illness of a performer, etc. The Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise reserves the right to cancel any performance that cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such a case, the Auvers-sur-Oise Festival will offer an alternative performance date or, failing that, a refund of the ticket.

If a performance is interrupted after the first half, tickets cannot be taken back, exchanged for another date or refunded.

Any concert that has started after 30 minutes is considered to have been played, so tickets will not be refunded.

ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows and related products cannot be withdrawn by the customer.
